Terms & Conditions

McCaulay's Health & Sport Ltd., Registered Office: Court Cottage, Puddavine Court, Ashburton Road, Totnes, Devon TQ9 6EU, Company No. 3567452, and the member named now agree to the following conditions throughout the membership and any authorised extended membership period:-

1. In return for the member paying the subscription identified on this form, McCaulay's Health & Sport Ltd will allow the member to use the facilities installed at the club joined specific to that membership.

2. The first membership subscription is payable by debit/credit card on agreeing to these terms & conditions. Subsequent membership payments shall be due and payable by either Direct Debit payable on the 1st of every month OR by annual payment due on the last day of the current membership.

3. On agreeing to these terms & conditions, the member is not entitled to a refund of fees paid online, unless under the terms & conditions of McCaulay’s 30 Day Money Back Guarantee – ask in-club for more info on this promotion.

4. There shall be no annual contract. A member may terminate the membership at any time by giving McCaulay's Health & Sport Ltd. Not less than one months notice in writing.

5. McCaulay's Health & Sport Ltd. Reserve the right to substitute any of the activities offered with an alternative activity if the pattern of demand requires it.

6. The exercise programmes and the facilities provided by McCaulay's Health & Sport Ltd are designed with the members safety in mind built it is agreed that such programmes are followed and facilities used entirely at the members own risk.

7. The facilities provided in the fitness areas are intended to be of the highest quality and they will be well maintained, but if any breakdown should occur this will not give the member the right to redress or action against McCaulay's Health & Sport Ltd and its employees.

8. McCaulay's Health & Sport Ltd is not responsible for damage to or loss of members property on their premises.

9. The member agrees to observe the membership rules designed for the mutual benefit of all members. McCaulay's Health & Sport Ltd reserve the right to withdraw all membership rights from any member, without reimbursement, who breaks the rules are receiving due warning.

10. The member confirms that he / she is over 17 years age and that, having understood the terms of this contract, agrees to abide by them.
