25m swimming pool and spa

Our Ivybridge Club boasts a heated 25m indoor pool which is perfectly designed for swimming - you don’t find many of those in health clubs nowadays.

Swimming is a fantastic form of exercise and is particularly beneficial for the elderly, those with joint problems or injury rehabilitation and for keeping active pre & post natal when using the gym or classes isn’t an option. Of course, it’s a great calorie burner and all over body toner in it’s own right and the kids love it too. We welcome children & families at Ivybridge and the pool operates within a pool timetable – please ask the club for details. Ivybridge also has a Jacuzzi – perfect for soothing any aching muscles or just relaxing after a hard day.

Both Clubs offer Sauna & Steam Rooms to members, again sooth those muscles you’ve just worn out or sit back and unwind in comfort.
