Body Balance Invigorates and tones, releasing tight, tense muscles, leaving you in a state of energised calm
Aerobiking / Spinning is an addictive, exhilarating, body changing class that will keep you coming back for more! If you like cycling, or just enjoy getting a ‘sweat on’ you’ll love this class.
Yoga is a class focusing on posture and body alignment, combining relaxation and body awareness. Designed to boost energy levels, increase flexibility and reduce stress.
Circuits is the original fitness workout for aerobic fitness and muscular endurance, speed and agility
Salsa Latin American dance originated in Cuba. Why not learn this hot dance, it’s a fun way of keeping fit, meeting new people and impressing your friends.
Aqua-Fit is an aerobics class performed in the pool. A great cardiovascular workout that also improves muscle tone. The weight bearing effect of the water makes this a great class for those new to exercise or those rehabilitating injuries.
